Property Price Reports

Land Registry is now able to offer a bespoke report service whereby Property Price Reports showing aggregated data can now be ordered for any:

  • Region in England and Wales;
  • County in England and Wales;
  • Local Authority District in England and Wales;
  • Postcode Area e.g. GL5
  • Postcode District e.g. GL1;
  • Postcode Sector e.g. GL1 2.

We are able to provide separate reports for new and old properties and price bands for any quarter from 1995 to the present date.

Data Usage Licence

The re-use, publication and onward sale of our property price data are all governed by our own contract:

Data services contract

You will need to sign this contract and return it to us if you intend to do any of these.

You do not need a contract for private research, study or in-house use only.
