Creation of Land Registry Wales office

On 31 August 2009 the Customer Information Centre at Land Registry, Swansea Office closed. Personal callers should attend the customer information centre at the Land Registry, Wales Office, Ty Cwm Tawe, Phoenix Way, Llansamlet, Swansea SA7 9FQ.

From 11 January 2010 Land Registry, Swansea Office and Land Registry Wales Office will become one office. This will be known as the Land Registry, Wales Office.

The address for delivery of applications from 11 January 2010 will be:
