From 1 October 2009, Land Registry, Nottingham (East) Office and Land Registry, Nottingham (West) Office will become one proper office. This will be known as Land Registry, Nottingham Office.

The new office will operate from Chalfont Drive, Nottingham NG8 3RN, which is currently the address of the Nottingham (West) Office. The DX address will be DX No. 10298 Nottingham (3).

Land Registry, Nottingham Office will be responsible for the following administrative areas (being those for which the two existing proper offices are currently responsible):

City of Derby
