Landnet 18

Landnet is Land Registry’s biannual magazine for practitioners, covering policy, practice and news from the organisation.

Landnet 18 focuses on the amendments to the Land Registration Rules that come into force on Monday 10 November, including the new requirements on confirmation of identity. We also look at the implications of the changes to the Council of Mortgage Lenders’ handbook to require disclosure of discounts and incentives.
