Land Registry Telephone Services is a business service available only to Land Registry credit and debit account holders. Telephone Services cannot answer general enquiries or transfer calls to other Land Registry offices or departments. Two telephone numbers are available, dependent on where the registration you are dealing with is situated.
For registrations within England call 0844 892 0307.
This line is open between 8:30am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and from 8:30am to 1pm Saturdays (excluding Christmas Day if it is a Saturday). Please note that reduced numbers of staff are employed after 5pm on weekdays and on Saturdays.
For registrations within Wales call 0844 892 0308.
This line is open between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). A Welsh language service is also provided on this number.
