Electronic Records Management System

A major project is underway to provide automated, central, secure records storage and retrieval facilities, including printing.

During the year we have defined our policy in this area, developed terms of reference for more detailed analysis and carried out stakeholder consultations.
We are confident of meeting the 2004 target for the introduction of electronic records management.
